A naughty little story from one of our girls, but she’s left it unfinished.
The key card clicked, the door opened, and I stepped inside.
The room smelled faintly of champagne and promise.
I let my coat slip off my shoulders, pooling on the floor, and stood there waiting, knowing you were right behind me.
Without turning around, I said softly, ‘Close the door.’
My voice echoed in the stillness.
The click came, and my heart skipped because now we were alone.
I took one slow step toward the bed and paused.
‘So tell me,’ I breathed, ‘do you want me to sit… or should I make you come to me?’
